The Answers You Need
HOW IS TREATMENT GIVEN?
The 'laying of hands' is a term used to describe the giving and receiving of Energy from Practitioner to Client. I will only touch, with the Clients consent, their shoulders, hips, knees and feet. The treatment can either take place on a massage couch or a chair, depending on what the Client is more comfortable with. The Client will either lay face down on the couch or sit with both feet on the ground if receiving treatment in a chair.
HOW LONG IS A TREATMENT?
An average session will last an hour, the first treatment may be slightly longer so please allow for this. The treatment consists of a short discussion before the session, the Energy Management treatment itself and then a discussion at the end.
IS THERE ANYTHING IN PARTICULAR I SHOULD BRING/WEAR?
Nothing will need to be brought by the Client to the session and no clothing will asked to be removed other than outer garments (coats, jackets), shoes and glasses if the Client is comfortable to do so.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?
There is not a set number of sessions required for this type of treatment, however to be able to benefit fully from this treatment most Clients have a course of several sessions.
HOW WILL THE TREATMENTS BENEFIT ME?
Maintaining good Energy Management within your life is one of the best things you can do, it can help you on all levels, whether that be physically, mentally or emotionally, good Energy Management means better quality of life.
HOW WILL I FEEL AFTER THE TREATMENT?
Directly after the treatment you may feel very relaxed, even sleepy, this is perfectly normal. On the other hand you may have a burst of energy and or feel the need to eat something, this is also perfectly normal. Everyone reacts differently to receiving energy, it is advised to receive a treatment on a more quieter day for you.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF THE TREATMENT IS WORKING?
Energy Management is not something that can be measured, but most Clients start to see a difference either within themselves or the people around them and begin to feel more relaxed and happy with themselves.
